The hotel is definitely not up to par, with serious maintenance issues like non-functioning elevators and an unpleasant smell throughout. While the staff did their best to help, the overall condition of the facility greatly detracts from the experience. It's a major inconvenience, especially for those arriving late or with lots of luggage, making it hard to recommend this place.
